At Tranquil Escape Services LLC, each journey is thoughtfully designed with intention, care, and attention to detail. The following terms are designed to create a seamless, transparent, and elevated planning experience while protecting your investment and our time.

 

1. Our Services

Tranquil Escape Services LLC offers the following planning services:

Premier Concierge Planning

A full-service experience where all accommodations, transportation, and curated experiences are managed on your behalf.

Curated Itinerary Design

A personalized itinerary with detailed recommendations and logistics, allowing flexibility for independent booking or limited support.

Self-Booking Curation

A guided selection of trusted travel options where bookings are made independently.

 

2. Planning & Design Fee

All services require a non-refundable planning fee, which reflects the time, expertise, and care involved in designing your customized itinerary.

This includes:

• Research and itinerary development

• Supplier sourcing and coordination

• Revisions and personalization

This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the trip is booked, modified, or canceled.

 

3. Booking & Payment Authorization

All bookings require client approval and payment authorization.

Please note:

Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid
Delays in authorization may result in changes to pricing or availability
Payment details are securely stored and may expire after a set period

 

4. Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans may change. While we are here to support you, cancellations require extensive coordination with multiple vendors and partners.

Client Responsibility

• All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of each third-party provider.

• Clients are fully responsible for:

• Cancellation penalties

• Non-refundable bookings

• Supplier-imposed fees

• Cancellation Coordination Service

• Tranquil Escapes is happy to manage cancellations on your behalf, including:

• Contacting all vendors

• Processing cancellations

• Tracking and following up on refunds

 

Due to the time-intensive nature of this process, a cancellation management fee applies to those who choose to have Tranquil Escape Services LLC cancel their bookings.

 

Cancellation Fee Structure:

• Single destination / simple itinerary: $250

• Multi-destination or international itinerary: $350–$500

• Complex itineraries or groups: Custom pricing

This fee is separate from any supplier charges and reflects the time required to coordinate and manage the process.

Important Notes

• Refund timelines are determined solely by the provider

• Refund outcomes are not guaranteed

• Additional follow-up beyond initial cancellation requests may incur further service fees

 

5. Third-Party Supplier Responsibility

All accommodations, transportation, and experiences are provided by independent third-party vendors.

Tranquil Escapes is not responsible for:

• Supplier cancellations or changes

• Delayed or denied refunds

• Service disruptions beyond our control

 

6. Refund Assistance

We will always advocate on your behalf and provide best-effort support in securing refunds.

However:

• Refund timelines are controlled by suppliers

• Outcomes are not guaranteed

• Extended refund management may be subject to additional fees

 

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

Clients who decline coverage assume full responsibility for:

• Trip cancellations outside supplier policies

• Medical emergencies or disruptions

• Lost or delayed refunds

 

8. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is dynamic and subject to change until booked and confirmed.

Once confirmed, all services are governed by the provider’s terms.

 

9. Transportation & Logistics

Transportation (flights, trains, transfers) is coordinated to ensure a seamless experience.

Some services operate on booking windows and will be secured as they become available.

 

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate traveler information

• Reviewing itinerary details prior to booking

• Ensuring valid passports and travel documents

• Tranquil Escapes is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.

 

 11. Optional Concierge Support

Additional concierge services, including enhanced flexibility, cancellation handling, and travel protection support, may be offered as an upgrade.

 

Closing

Our goal is to create a seamless, inspiring, and stress-free travel experience. These terms allow us to maintain the highest level of service while ensuring clarity and mutual understanding throughout the planning process.
