Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, but as a boutique luxury travel planning business, we rely on advanced notice to ensure the best experience for all our clients. Therefore, we require all cancellations to be made at least 72 hours prior to the trip start date. Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trip begins will incur a cancellation fee of $500. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with last-minute cancellations, including reservation fees, transportation arrangements, and other logistical expenses. Please note that this policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the size of the party or the duration of the trip. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
